Diets will work if you can stick with them. I start one and can do it a few days and then I am off of it. I need the will power to stick to it.
I have another problem because I had a knee replacement on my left knee and now the right one is starting to go. It's hard for me to exercise, which I know is a major factor in getting weight off.
I know that there is no miracle cures, but I need to get this weight off. I am 5'1 and I weight 270 pounds, I pray this program can help me. Oh, I am also a diabetic and have high blood pressure.
