We have a large party on Saturday (it's Thursday) and we're serving BBQ Spare Ribs. Is today too early to pre-cook them? We'd like to put them in the oven in a fantastic spice rub, refrigerate them and only put them on the grill during the party to warm them up with the BBQ sauce. The reason we'd like to start today is that the process will take hours and we have over 50 pounds of ribs to cook.
