This blueberry smoothie recipe is always a hit with the family since we really enjoy eating blueberries. We like eating berries daily because of the health benefits they bring. This recipe also
ranks up there as one of my favorite berry smoothie recipes right alongside strawberry banana and raspberry smoothies.
Like similar blackberry, strawberry, and raspberry smoothie recipes, this blueberry fruit smoothie recipe can be prepare with fresh or frozen berries.
As for me, when blueberries are in season and are reasonably
priced, I usually go with fresh fruit. However, this recipe calls for frozen berries since they are always readily available.
You'll find this to be a very unique smoothie recipe because we use very unique ingredients including blueberry preservatives and soy milk.
The preservatives were added to ramp over the blueberry flavor and the soy milk adds the diary taste that you are used to in smoothies.
