I made some pickled eggs last night for the first time in my life. However, I put them in regular jars and screwed the lids on tight but they are not "sealed" lids. Will the eggs be ok to eat or is there a possibility of harm to the person who eats them?
Thanks for any advice you can give me. I don't want to kill anyone with my food!
