I'm tried of trying up and down yoyo diets!
Dieting can be frustrating and confusing to say the least. I'm frustrated because nothing I have tried has worked out to measurable results. I'm confused because everyone claims to have a magic diet pill or claim that their way of dieting is the only way that works.
It has to be a better way of going about losing weight while dieting. I just need to find someone how is getting or has gotten good results.
I'm willing to invest time into exercising, even change my way of eating if I'm able to meet my weight lose goals.
So if there is anyone out there with a plan you think could work for me please speak up. I'm standing by with open ears.
