I have tried many diets. The grapefruit and the cabbage soup diet. I've tried Weight Watchers as well. I found that the former two left me still hungry and the latter gave me better hope in losing the weight I need to lose.
If any one has any secrets to losing weight, I'd like to know. I also consulted my doctor and was informed to lose weight all one needs to do is to restrict the potatoes and use portion control on all meals.
Exercise is important and drink plenty of fluids.
