Life is...Wonderful!

Wow! Had planned to spend tomorrow (Christmas 2009) dinner with my family and contribute to the meal. Instead, because of a cold, and this wonderfully informative site, I'm cooking my 1st, at home! Thank you for all the wonderful tips!
