This grilled salmon recipe is one of my absolute favorites. Since I live in Californa I am able to grill year round.
4 pink salmon steaks, 1-1/4 inches thick
1/4 cup olive oil, for grilling
1 sprig parsley
1 lemon
salt and pepper
melted butter
Lay salmon flat in bowl and brush generously with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and parsley on both sides. Allow salmon to marinade for 1 hour, turning once at 30 minutes.
While salmon is marinading, fire up your charcoal grill. When ready cook salmon until done. Before serving top with melted butter.
