I love this site. Please don't change anything. I grew up in the very rural north Tennessee sticks and these recipes take me back home. I especially love the chitlins and pig feet.

People tell me I am a good cook, but cooking is like music; ya gotta feel it for it to be real.

We did hog processing/souse making and all. Everyone loved chitlins. So now people love my cracklin corn bread, fried okra,etc.

Thanks again for this site. I would love to share some of my homespun recipes. You can take the boy out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the boy.
