I was just laid off as a head cook from an eating establishment I'd prefer not to mention, after twelve years on the job. I don't have the culinary degree, but do have many years of experience.
Seeing how preparing food is all I know I thought I would try my hand at cheffing. If anybody is reading this with knowledge of how to become a chef even though I don't have a culinary degree, I'm all ears and would like to hear what you have to say.
