For some reason I had it in my head that making hash browns from scratch would be a lot of work. Maybe I thought grating the potatoes would be be a big job. But after watching your video I had to give it a try.

They turned out perfectly according to my nine year old judge. I can't see any reason to buy frozen hash browns again. It is just a little more work to make them from scratch but they cook faster than the frozen.
