This is what exactly I have been searching for over the last few hours. I have tried making ice cream at home, but it never turned out to be what was expected or not even close to what we get from the market. It was so hard and icy.

Ariel, I think its funny you ask about how to make homemade ice cream, seeing how its winter time in Racine. Just to let you know, I once lived in West Bend, North of Milwaukee. I prefer making homemade ice cream during the summer months when I need a cool refreshing sweet treat.
