I have never attempted to participate in any dieting programs or processes. My career offered opportunities to travel extensively. This traveling perked my interest in foods from around the world.
I acknowledge that I have a weight gain issue which is in need of addressing and monitoring. And, I am interested in improving my eating habits so that I can maintain overall well-being.
I'm at a point now where I'm willing to give dieting a try. So my obvious question is "what is the best what to go about dieting"? If you have any thoughts on what works and what doesn't work I'd be interested in what you have to say.
I'm ready to listen mainly because I want to get this right as soon as possible and not spend my time doing things that don't work.
