My name is Junior Billings I live in Bluefield, VA. I HAVE MY OWN RADIO SHOW EVERY SUNDAY NIGHT FROM 7:00 PM TO 11:00 PM I PLAY Bluegrass cd's & old lp's dating back as far as 1926. I have the #1 bluegrass sunday show in the USA.
I spent 23-1/2 years in New Orleans and learned to love the cajon food, no food in the world can come close to it. I am so glad I found your web site,and most of all the recipe for crab cakes and I would love to have the shrimp patty recipe.
