My Mom passed away August 2018. She taught me several of her recipes but I never asked her to show me how to make may favorite. She just always made it for me. This is exactly how she did it. Thank You for sharing this. Something as simple as a recipe can brighten a persons day . You filled mine with sunshine <3

Fried Liver and Gravy by: Anonymous
Clean liver, season liver, then batter with flour.
Fry liver in a little oil. Remove liver from pan.
To make gravy, add chopped onions and flour to drippings left over from frying. Brown gravy then add a little water if gravy is too thick -- just enough to thin out your gravy. Add more seasoning to taste.
Place fried liver in a pan (suitable for oven baking), pour gravy over the top of liver. Cover the pan and cook in a preheated oven at 300 degrees for 60-90 minutes -- until desired tenderness has been reached.
