1. Cook linguine according to the package directions. Rinse under running warm water and allow to drain completely before transfer it to a very large mixing bowl.
2. In a screw-top jar, combine soy sauce, water, olive oil, and lemon juice, and garlic. Tighten jar with lid and shake ingredients well. Pour liquid mixture over hot linguine and allow to cool before proceeding to step 3.
3. Gently add tomatoes, carrots, green onions and nappa cabbage to linguine. Toss gently. Cover salad and chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.
Before serving it is recommended you bring the linguine salad to room temperature.
