I tried out the recipe myself over the summer and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the dish and not a single drop of potato salad was left over.
I even had a few guest who asked for the recipe so I happily printed off a copy of the recipe and pasted it to them.

1. Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain potatoes and allow to cool (still whole). Next place potatoes in the refrigerator until cold. When cold, remove potatoes from the fridge and peel skins off. Cut potatoes into cubes and place in medium bowl with lid.
2. Add the following ingredients to the bowl of cubed potatoes: eggs, vinegar, onion, celery, celery seed, sweet relish, yellow mustard, red pepper and Mayo. To form potato salad, gently stir ingredients until well mixed. Sprinkle top of the salad with paprika, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
