So what's the secret to wright loss and dieting? I have been on several different diet plans and have had short term success but re-gained the weight again. I am convinced that instead of trying something for the short term, I need to make lifestyle changes for the long term. I'm working on it!
I've been told that you can get the best results by change your way of eating. But to get even better results I was told to add in some cardo and weight lifting a few days a week.
This type of adjustment is going to be mentally and physically hard and take some effort but I'm willing to give it a try.
