Yes, I feel diets can work...I would like to lose some weight. I lose weight and picked the weight right back up and more. When I was 150 pds, I was comfortable with myself. Now, I am 185 pds and not very proud of myself and not loving myself.
My main problem is junk food, that's where all of my weight comes from. I like to snack throughout the day and then eat dinner. I need to have self control to not snack on junk food or have something that can suppress my appetite. By writing this down, I hope to commit to myself about dieting and losing the extra pounds.
